On A Mission

DD#2 is currently on a 2+ week mission trip in Guatemala. I'm sure it will be quite the life changing adventure. So far they have helped with a building project - sifting dirt and moving cinder blocks and are preparing for a Bible School program for the children there. She's stretching and strengthening her body, mind and compassion all at the same time. One of the biggest adjustments has got to be learning she can actually live without her cell phone! LOL


We're grateful that she's had this opportunity and very proud that she's had the courage to "go for it".


Obviously then, this title was designed with her trip in mind, but I think it could be used for many other projects. We've all got long and short-term missions or goals we're pursuing. Have you scrapped yours lately?
